At Serikala, we want you to love what you wear. Every piece is crafted with care and rooted in India’s rich textile traditions. Below you will find all the necessary details about how and when we ship your order, along with our exchange and return policies to ensure your satisfaction.
Domestic Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing may be delayed, and we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, logistics delays, or public holidays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Customs and Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. Serikala is not liable for these fees.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Serikala is not liable for damage or loss incurred during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before doing so.
Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Eligible for Exchange or Store Credit if:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and original packaging are intact

Proof of purchase is provided
Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Customized or altered items

Items purchased on sale or at a discount

Minor thread pulls or weave irregularities (the natural beauty of handmade fabric)

Requests made after 7 days of delivery
Return Process:

Email us at info@serikala.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the issue

Upon approval, we will either arrange a reverse pickup (in select areas) or request that you ship the item back to us

After inspection, you will receive a replacement item or store credit valid for 6 months
Return Shipping:

Free return shipping is provided only for defective or incorrect products

In other eligible cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
