At Serikala, we want you to love what you wear. Every piece is crafted with care and rooted in India’s rich textile traditions. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:


✔ Eligible for Exchange / Store Credit

You may request an exchange or store credit if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase is provided


❌ Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items purchased during a sale or at a discount

  • Minor thread pulls or weave irregularities (the beauty of handmade fabric)

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted


🔁 Easy Return Process

  1. Email us at info@serikala.com with your Order ID and clear images of the issue

  2. Upon approval, we will:

    • Arrange reverse pickup (in select areas), or

    • Request you to self-ship the item

  3. After inspection, you will receive:

    • A replacement item, or

    • A store credit (valid for 6 months)


📦 Shipping Information

  • Return shipping is free only for defective or incorrect products

  • In other eligible cases, the customer bears the return shipping cost
