Exchange & Store Credit Eligibility

You may request an exchange or store credit if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during sale events, promotional offers, or discounted campaigns.
  • Products showing minor irregularities in weaving, texture, print placement, colour, or thread variations. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Simple Return & Exchange Process

1. Contact Us

Email us at info@serikala.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photographs/videos showing the issue
  • Brief description of the concern

2. Review & Approval

Our team will review your request and, if approved, we will:

  • Arrange a reverse pickup where available, or
  • Ask you to self-ship the product to our return address.

3. Quality Inspection

Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.

After successful inspection, you will receive either:

  • A replacement product, subject to availability, or
  • Store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by Serikala in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For other approved exchange requests, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
