At Serikala, every piece is thoughtfully crafted and rooted in India's rich textile heritage. We take immense pride in the quality of our products and want you to cherish every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Exchange & Store Credit Eligibility

You may request an exchange or store credit if:

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during sale events, promotional offers, or discounted campaigns.
  • Minor irregularities in weaving, texture, print placement, or thread variations, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and add to their uniqueness.
  • Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Simple Return Process

  1. Email us at info@serikala.com with:
    • Your Order ID
    • Clear images of the issue
    • A brief description of the concern
  2. Upon review and approval, we will:
    • Arrange a reverse pickup where available, or
    • Request you to self-ship the product to our return address.
  3. Once the product passes quality inspection, we will provide:
    • A replacement product (subject to availability), or
    • Store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges will be covered by Serikala only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For all other approved exchange requests, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
